Mia & Eli - Chapter 1
Eli sat at a small table near the patio, nervously playing with the condensation on his water glass. Although a little nervous, he couldn’t help but enjoy the atmosphere. The warm glow of string lights, the smell of fresh tortillas spilling from the restaurant patio, gave the whole place an easy, comfortable vibe. Eli had never been here before, but Mia talked it up enough during their chats that somehow it already felt familiar.
She arrived a few minutes later, breezy and glowing in a short sundress and denim jacket, her eyes shining bright as she searched across the restaurant, eventually spotting Eli and heading over to the table.
“Sorry I’m late,” she said, slightly breathless. “The train was being stupid.’
“You’re right on time,” Eli smiled, standing to greet her and pull back her chair.
From the moment they sat down, everything was going right. The food was delicious, the margaritas were flowing, and the conversation danced from favorite childhood cartoons to embarrassing high school stories to weird dreams. They laughed, teased, leaned in close like they had known each other for years.
The chemistry between them was undeniable, but in the middle of their meal something suddenly changed. While sharing a story about her terrible luck with online dating, Mia’s suddenly stopped mid-sentence. She went completely quiet, eyes darting around the restaurant like she was suddenly very nervous.
“You okay?” Eli asked gently.
Mia nodded, too quickly. “Yeah. I just—um. I think we should go. Like… now, if that’s okay.”
“Of course.” He waved down the waiter for the check.
Once they were outside, under the orange-pink haze of the city lights, Eli paused.
“Hey. You don’t have to tell me what’s up, but… did something happen? Did I do something wrong?”
Mia looked at the ground, face flushed. She hesitated, then sighed.
“No, you were wonderful…It’s just… I’ve been having some bladder problems. And I guess the margaritas didn’t help. I… had an accident.”
Eli blinked. “Oh.”
She turned around to show him the back of her baby blue dress, and in the dim light, he saw—the darkened fabric, an unmistakable outline of wetness.
“I’m sorry,” she mumbled. Not sure what else to say.
“Hey,” he said, gently. “It’s no big deal. Seriously. My place is just a couple blocks away—if you want, you can come by to get cleaned up. I could even wash your dress! No pressure.”
She looked at him, studying his face, then slowly nodded.
“Thanks. I’d like that.”
They walked quietly, Eli trying not to look too obviously at her wet bottom—not that she seemed to care. To his surprise, Mia walked proudly down the sidewalk, not making any effort to cover up her little accident.
When they passed a convenience store, Mia suddenly stopped.
“Wait here just a sec,” she said.
She ran in and came out a few minutes later with a small package. “I figured I better be ready next time,” she said, holding it up.
Eli was surprised to see saw a package of pull-ups designed for bedwetting teens.
“I’ve been wearing these to manage it,” she explained, cheeks pink but her tone surprisingly matter-of-fact. “I thought I’d be okay tonight. I didn’t want you to notice them if things went... further.”
Eli chuckled. “You’re kind of amazing, you know that?”
She tilted her head. “What? Because I peed my pants?”
“Most people would be hiding in a bathroom stall right now. You’re just rolling with it.”
She smiled. “Crying never helped, so now I just... try to go with it.”
Once they got to his apartment Eli gestured toward the bathroom. “Towels are under the sink. I’ll toss your dress in the washer.”
She disappeared, and a moment later her voice came through the door. “Eli?”
“Yeah?”
A crack in the door opened just wide enough for her to pass out her clothes, bundled up and still damp.
“Thanks again,” she said softly.
He turned on the washer, lit a candle in the living room, and put on an old movie to make her feel at home.
When she came back from her shower, Eli was a little surprised to see Mia wearing nothing but a pull-up and one of his t-shirts.
“You look comfy,” he smiled.
She smiled. “I am. Hope it’s not too weird.”
“Of course not” he replied reassuringly, gesturing for her too sit down.
She curled up on the couch, legs tucked under herself, and he offered her a blanket. They watched the movie together, their shoulders slowly pressing closer until she was resting her head against him. He put his arm around her without thinking, and she settled in with a soft sigh.
Halfway through the movie, her breathing grew slow and steady. He glanced down—Mia had fallen asleep.
Eli smiled to himself and turned off the TV. Carefully, he shifted to lift her in his arms, surprised at how naturally she nestled against him. She stirred only slightly as he carried her down the hall and into his bedroom, laying her carefully on the bed to tuck her in.
She hummed softly, then turned over, hugging a pillow. Eli lay down beside her, listening to her soft, even breathing.
He didn’t know what exactly was happening, but this felt… different. He quickly fell asleep too, with a sense of calm and comfort he hadn’t felt in a long time.
Chapter Two
Sunlight poured through the curtains, casting golden stripes across the bed. Eli stirred, blinking slowly as his brain caught up with his. Then he remembered. Mia. Last night. The accident. Her pull-ups. Her falling asleep on the couch in his arms.
He turned his head, just slightly, careful not to wake her.
She was still curled up on her side, her pull-up now in full view and clearly wet.
“I guess she’s a bedwetter too” thought Eli, not really surprised at this point.
Eventually, Mia stirred. A little yawn. A blink. Her eyes met his.
“Hey,” she whispered, voice thick with sleep.
“Morning,” he whispered back.
She stretched a little under the blanket and sat up on one elbow, her expression soft. “Did you carry me in here?”
He nodded.
“You’re strong.”
Eli chuckled. “You were very sleepy. I didn’t want to wake you.”
“Well,” she said, rubbing her eyes, “thanks. That was sweet.”
There was a brief pause as she glanced down at her soggy pull-up, then back up, completely unfazed. “I think I’m wet again”
He smiled and replied “I think so too. Do you want me to..”
“Hey what are you doing today?” she interrupted.
“Honestly? Not much. Why?”
“I was thinking… maybe we can hang out a bit longer. See where the day takes us?”
Eli grinned. “That sounds perfect.”
The morning sun streamed in through Eli’s windows as he and Mia got ready to take a walk. Mia headed into the bathroom to take off her wet pull-ups, asking Eli through the door:
“Hey, can I have my dress and panties please”
Eli grabbed her fresh clothes from the laundry and handed them to her through the crack in the door.
“Thank you! They smell so good!”
As Mia stood in the bathroom she looked at her soggy pull-up on the ground, then to here freshly washed panties. I’m not taking any chances today, she thought as she slide a clean pull-up and finished getting dressed.
When Mia emerged from the bathroom, Eli couldn’t help but notice soft rustling sound or the bright colors peaking out every time she bent over.
Mia held up her used pull-up and asked casually “Hey what should I do with this?”
“Just toss it in the garbage” replied Eli, trying to seem unfazed .
They then left to grab coffees before strolling to the nearby mall. Mia was feeling chatty, pointing out little things she liked in shop windows, occasionally bumping playfully into Eli’s arm. It was all so effortless, lighthearted.
As they wandered further into the mall, Eli noticed a funny smell. It wasn’t the typical scent of fresh pretzels or coffee; it was something… earthy. It was subtle at first, but the further they walked the more Eli noticed. As Mia walked ahead, Eli glanced at her bottom and an absurd though crossed his mind. There’s no way. She couldn’t have..
Eli tried to ignore the obvious smell, chalking it up to his imagination, but Mia seemed distracted too—shifting on her feet every now and then, her gaze darting nervously around.
“Mia?” Asked Eli, gently placing his had on her shoulder. “Are you feeling okay?”
She forced a little smile, but it didn’t quite reach her eyes. “Yeah, I’m fine. Just a little… uh, uncomfortable.”
Now that they were standing the smell was unmistakable. “Hey, can I check something?”
She froze, her face flushing slightly. “What do you mean ‘check?’” she asked, but her voice had an edge of uncertainty.
“Mia,” Eli said gently, “I think you had an accident.. like more than just pee. We should just check, okay? It’s no big deal.”
She hesitated for a moment, then shrugged, brushing off his suggestion. “Don’t be ridiculous. Really. I didn’t—” She trailed off, still fidgeting a bit. “It’s probably nothing.”
But Eli needed to know.“Mia, please. Just to be sure.”
Mia opened her mouth to protest but stopped herself. After a long moment, she finally muttered, “Alright, fine. I’ll check. Okay?”
She turned her back to him and gently felt the back of her pull-ups under her dress. “I don’t… I don’t feel anything,” she said, still looking over her shoulder at Eli. “I think I’m just wet.”
Eli stayed quiet for moment, but the smell was just too obvious. “Mia, I think you should let me check,” he said, his voice full of concern.
Her eyes widened, and she bit her lip. “What? No, I don’t need you to—”
“Mia, please,” Eli said softly but firmly. “Let me check. You might not feel it, but it smells like you pooped your pants.”
Mia’s cheeks flushed with embarrassment, and she shifted uncomfortably on her feet. “Okay, fine. If you really want to,” she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
Eli lead Mia into a private corner near the bathrooms and lifted up the back of her dress to pull back the waistband of her pull-ups. His heart sank as he peeked inside to confirm his suspicions—Mia had pooped in her pants, and not just a little. This was a full blown accident.
He let go of her waistband and gave her bottom a gentle pat. “Mia…” he spoke softly, “We need to get you changed. You’re a mess back there.”
Mia stood frozen, a mixture of shock and disbelief on her face. She slowly turned back to him, her face flushed crimson. “Oh my god… I didn’t even realize.”
Eli moved closer, trying to offer comforting smile. “It’s okay. Really. Let’s go.”
They made their way toward the restrooms, Eli thoughtfully stopping to grab some wipes from a convenience store before they headed to the family bathroom. Eli locked the door behind them as Mia just stood nervously, unsure how to proceed.
“Do you need some help?” he asked, voice low and steady.
She hesitated, then nodded, staring at her feet. “Yes please.”
Mia pulled down her jeans without any more hesitation. Her pull-up sagged between her thighs, pastel colors faded and clearly used front to back.
Eli couldn’t believe his eyes, but the proceeded without hesitation. The last thing he wanted was for Mia to feel more embarrassed.
“Here,” he said softly. Eli knelt beside her, tearing the sides of the pull-up and carefully pealing the soiled garment away from her delicate skin.
Mia just stood there, holding up her dress with a little hum under her breath as if this was all perfectly normal. There was a quiet intimacy in the way he moved—slow, respectful, focused only on making her feel safe. He cleaned her gently, not rushing, not making any grossed out faces.
When she was clean, Eli took a fresh pull-up from Mia’s purse, slid it up her legs and over her waist. She pulled her dress down, covering herself and blushing slightly.
“All done,” he said, giving her a little smile and a gentle pat on the bottom.
She looked at him with sleepy gratitude. “You’re really sweet, you know that?”
He shrugged. “You make it easy.”
Mia’s chest fluttered, feeling a little overwhelmed with everything that just happened. “I think I better get home.”
Eli nodded. “Of course. Let’s just wash out hands first, okay?” Mia smiled and nodded in agreement.
As they walked back to his place, Mia reached out instinctively to hold Eli’s hand. He didn’t let go for the whole walk until they arrived back at his car.
The ride back was quiet, peaceful, Mia staring out the window with that soft smile still on her lips.
When he pulled up outside her building, he turned toward her.
“Hey,” he said. “Don’t worry about anything, okay?”
She looked straight into his eyes. “I’m not. I mean, I was… but I’m not anymore.”
“I had an amazing time being with you,” he said. “And I’d really love to see you again. Like... really soon.”
Her smile widened. “Yeah? Even after all that?”
“Of course.”
She leaned in and kissed him, just a soft brush on the cheek, and then pulled back with a playful little grin. “Okay then. You’re on.”
He watched her walk inside, her pull-up peaking out again as she reached for her keys. That was a first date Eli would never forget.
Chapter 3
Mia sat cross-legged on her bed, an oversized hoodie wrapped around her like a blanket. Her cheeks were still flushed, but it wasn’t embarrassment anymore. It was excitement.
She tucked a pillow behind her back and stared at the ceiling, letting her mind replay the day like a scene from a movie. He changed me. She still couldn’t believe it. He changed my poopy pull-ups without even flinching.
Her gaze drifted to the corner of her room, where her closet door hung slightly open. She walked over quietly, her pull-up gently crinkling between her legs.
She opened the closet door and crouched down to reach in the back. Neatly tucked away in colorful stacks were more pull-ups. Beside them, a package of bulkier diapers— for overnight or, honestly, whenever she just wanted that extra peace of mind.
She ran her fingers along the edge of the package. This wasn’t new.
Mia’s accidents started when she was a teenager and never really stopped. Doctors ran tests. Therapists gave their advice. But Mia always felt like no one really got it. There was something about it she didn’t fully understand herself. Something that just felt right. She didn’t hate having accidents. If she was being completely honest, sometimes she didn’t even try to stop them.
This had always been a part of her private world. A quiet, complicated thing she preferred to keep to herself. But now… she didn’t feel so alone in that world anymore.
She reached into the bag to grab an overnight diaper when her phone buzzed with a soft chime.
She blinked, her heart skipping when she saw his name on the screen.
Eli: Hey you. Just checking in. How are you feeling?
She smiled, fingers already typing.
Mia: Hey :) I’m good. A little tired but… really happy. Today was amazing.
Almost instantly:
Eli: Yeah? I’m really glad. I had such a nice time with you. I was wondering… would you want to hang out again next weekend? Just us?
Mia grinned, sinking back into her pillows, phone clutched to her chest for a moment before she answered.
Mia: Yes. Please.
A pause, then another text popped in.
Eli: Sweet. Then it’s a date. Sweet dreams tonight… don’t forget to go pee before bed 😛
She laughed, biting her lip, thumbs hovering for a second.
She set her phone aside, she stood and wandered into the kitchen, pouring herself a tall glass of water. The coolness soothed her throat as she drank it slowly.
She glanced back toward her bedroom with a little smirk tugging at the corner of her lips. Eli’s last message still glowed on the screen.
“..don’t forget to go pee before bed 😛”
Mia bit her lip harder as she tapped out her reply.
Mia: No worries… I’ll be wearing a diaper 😉
She worried for a moment. Was she being a little too forward about all this? But Eli replied almost immediately.
Eli: That’s probably a good idea. You deserve to stay comfy and dry all night long, no matter what. Sweet dreams beautiful.
Her cheeks burned and she giggled softly to herself. Setting the empty glass in the sink, she walked back into her room to get changed and ready for bed.
Soon Mia was diapered and all tucked up, her body relaxing instantly under the softness of her blankets. She closed her eyes and easily drifted off to sleep…
The next thing she new, Mia found herself walking through the mall again, only this time it was dimly lit, the hallways seeming stretching on forever in both directions. Her steps were quickening, her breath shallow—her bladder aching with pressure, her tummy gurgling.
She didn’t know how she got here, but she did know one thing: She needed a bathroom. Badly.
Doors blurred past—clothing stores, toy shops, glowing fountains—but no restrooms.
Where is it? she thought, a little frantic. I have to go… I have to…
Then, as if summoned by her own thoughts, Eli appeared from around a corner. He walked toward her with that familiar warmth in his eyes.
“Mia,” he said gently, “you don’t need to keep looking.”
“But I… I really need to—” Her voice cracked as another wave of pressure rolled through her.
He stepped closer, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. “It’s okay. You don’t have to hold it. Just let go, baby. I’ve got you. I’ll take care of everything.”
Her lip trembled, heart pounding. And then—with a soft gasp—she did.
Warmth flooded her diaper, spreading fast as she moaned softly, her body shivering with the overwhelming relief. Her tummy joined in with a lurch as a soft warm mess spread to completely cover her bottom.
Eli wrapped his arms around her, steadying her through it, whispering sweet reassurances. “Doesn’t that feel better? Such a good girl.”
Mia woke up, shifting beneath the covers, the faintest crinkle sounding in the dark as her room filled with the stench of her now heavily soiled diaper. “I’ll deal with it in the morning” she thought, feeling comforted and relieved as she drifted back to sleep.
Chapter 4
Mia heard a knock at the door, mascara applicator frozen mid-swipe. “Just a minute!” she called out. It was Friday again, and finally time for her second date with Eli.
She stood in front of her mirror wearing nothing but a pull-up and a fuzzy pair of socks, finishing the last touches on her makeup. The soft crinkle of her absorbent undies reminded her of everything that happened on their first date.
She quickly tugged on a pair of low-rise jeans that hugged her hips and left just the faintest suggestion of her waistband peeking when she moved. Perfect. Her pink t-shirt fit snugly, playful and cropped just enough to ride up naturally. She giggled to herself. He’s definitely going to notice.
Grabbing her bag, this time packed with all the supplies she needed—extra pull-ups, wipes, baby powder, and one of her favorite thick overnight diapers just in case—she hurried to the door.
Eli stood there, his smile like sunshine. “Hey, gorgeous.”
“Hey,” Mia breathed, practically melting as he pulled her into a warm hug. He smelled like fresh cologne and something sweet, and when she pulled back to look at him, her heart swelled.
He opened the car door for her, a little bow to top it off. “Your chariot awaits.”
She laughed, climbing in. “Such a gentleman.”
As they pulled onto the road, Mia shifted in her seat, the waistband of her pull-up brushing against her skin. She could already feel a bit of pressure in her bladder, but she pushed it from her mind. She was prepared this time.
“So where are we going?” she asked, glancing at him with a spark of excitement.
Eli grinned. “Mini golf. Thought I’d test your skills. Or maybe just watch you beat me.”
Mia’s whole face lit up. “You remembered I love mini golf?”
“Of course I did,” he said. “You said you were undefeated since age eleven.”
She laughed, reaching over to squeeze his hand. “You’re going down.”
—
The course was whimsical, all colorful castles and silly sound effects, and they had the best time. Laughing, teasing, cheering each other on. At some point, maybe around the windmill hole, Mia had completely forgotten about her bladder.
She froze mid-swing, realizing with a quiet gasp that her pull-up was suddenly getting soaked. Her cheeks flushed, and she subtly pressed her thighs together, checking for leaks. Nothing yet… thank goodness.
Eli noticed her concern. “Hey,” he said, stepping closer. “You okay?”
This time, she didn’t hesitate.
“I… I had a little accident,” she admitted softly. “I need to go change.”
Eli looked relieved. “Is that all?”
She blinked back, unsure. “You’re not…?”
He gestured toward her waistband with a little grin. “I saw your pull-up peeking earlier. I kinda hoped you were wearing one after last time honestly.”
Mia smirked. “I’ll be right back.”
“I’ll walk you there,” he said, already turning toward the bathroom.
Outside the restroom, he gave her a playful look. “Need any help?”
Mia rolled her eyes, laughing. “No thank you.”
Inside, she examined the damage—her pull-up was drenched, just shy of leaking. She groaned softly, slipping out of her shoes and pulling off her jeans so she could change properly. There was something frustratingly awkward about doing it all herself. The wipes were cold. The powder got all over her clothes. As she unfolded the fresh pull-up, she glanced longingly at the thick overnight diaper in her bag. It would be so much easier if I just let Eli help…
She stepped out of the bathroom a few minutes later, feeling refreshed and happy to be back in dry pull-ups.
“All better?” Eli asked, his smile easy and open.
Mia nodded. “All dry again.”
Eli smiled and took her hand to head back and finish their game.
—
After mini golf, Eli asked if she wanted to come back to his place for dinner.
“I want to show off my cooking skills,” he said. “And I’ve been planning this all week.”
Mia was thrilled. “Absolutely.”
As they drove, she nestled into her seat, pleased she had remembered packed a diaper. She really hoped she’d be spending the night.
—
Eli’s home was neat, full of cozy charm and soft lighting. As he bustled around the kitchen, Mia wandered to the living room, amused by his tidy shelves and perfectly organized books. She found his high school yearbook and let out a delighted gasp.
“Oh my god,” she called, flipping pages. “You had frosted tips?!”
Eli groaned from the kitchen. “That was one summer!”
She grinned, hugging the book to her chest.
Dinner was amazing. Eli made an epic lasagna—her favorite, something she’d mentioned in passing weeks ago.
“This is so good! I can’t believe you remembered,” she said between bites.
As the meal slowed, Eli grew thoughtful. “Can I ask you something kinda personal?”
Mia paused, nodding.
“I was… surprised to see you in pull-ups again,” he said gently. “I thought what happened at the restaurant might’ve been because of the margaritas. And maybe what happened at the mall was just a fluke. But now I’m wondering if it’s something you deal with more often.”
She hesitated, heart picking up speed. “It is,” she admitted. “I actually… have accidents a lot. Not just pee. Sometimes… number two, too.”
Eli reached for her hand.
She looked down, cheeks burning. “I’ve worn protection most of my life. Pull-ups. Diapers. They make me feel safe.”
“That makes total sense,” he said, voice warm and steady. “Honestly… I think it’s kind of cute. And if it makes you feel safe, why not?"
In that moment, something inside her unlocked. Trust. Relief. Even joy.
As she smiled back at him, she felt a familiar twinge in her bladder. This time, she didn’t even hesitate. She relaxed, soaking her pull-up right there at the table, the warmth spreading in quiet bliss as she stayed focused on Eli’s eyes.
Later, they curled up on the couch, and Eli brushed her hair back from her face.
“I could hold you in my arms forever,” he whispered.
She leaned in, heart pounding, and kissed him—slow and deep, everything she'd been holding in.
After kissing and snuggling for a while longer, eventually, they decided to head to the bedroom. Mia hesitated for a moment, then reached into her bag and pulled out one of her thick overnight diapers. She looked over at Eli with a nervous smile, holding it up slightly.
“So… I brought these,” she said, her voice quiet. “The pull-ups are fine during the day, but they can leak at night. And I definitely don’t want you waking up covered in pee..”
Eli let out a soft chuckle and stepped closer, brushing a strand of hair away from her face. “Wow those looks pretty thick” he said warmly. “Seems about right for overnight.”
Mia bit her lip and glanced down. “It’s kind of embarrassing, but… would you mind helping me with it? It’s always easier with an extra hand, and I trust you.”
His expression softened as he took the diaper from her hands. “Of course I’ll help. Let’s get you all cozy and ready for bed.”
Mia lay back on the bed while Eli knelt beside her, carefully unfolding the diaper. His touch was gentle as he tore open the sides of her used pull-up, not commenting on it’s soggy state. He then slide her clean diaper gently beneath her, then taped it snugly into place. She let out a soft sigh, feeling a deep sense of comfort settle over her.
“Thank you,” she whispered.
She smiled, heart full, and after they both changed into their pajamas, they climbed under the covers together. Wrapped in warmth and understanding, they snuggled close, Mia's thick diaper crinkling softly with every slight movement as she rested her head on his chest.
Together, they drifted off to sleep, safe, secure, and both exactly where they wanted to be.
Chapter 5
The morning light crept in softly through the curtains of Eli’s bedroom. Mia lay curled against his chest, her head tucked under his chin, one leg slung lazily across his torso. Eli smiled, taking in the moment.
When Mia began to stir, their bodies wordlessly shifted in a slow morning dance—kisses, sleepy smiles, warm touches and fingertips tracing along arms and collarbones.
Eli took a deeper breath and blinked, pausing.
“Hey,” he murmured, nuzzling her forehead, “Is it just me or does it kind of... smell like pee?”
Mia stiffened just slightly against him, her cheeks instantly coloring. But before she could speak, Eli pulled back the sheets and looked down at her diaper.
“You’re soaked, aren’t you?” he asked gently.
She gave the smallest nod.
“Then let’s get you into something dry, yeah?”
Mia blinked up at him, touched by the lack of hesitation in his voice. “Yes please!”
Together, they rolled out of bed. She pulled her oversized sleep shirt down as he went to grab her bag of overnight supplies from where she’d tucked it in the corner of the room. He pulled out a fresh pull-up, wipes, baby powder and lotion, then motioned for her to lie back on the bed.
Mia watched his face carefully as he peeled away the soaked padding and began to clean her up. Once again, he didn’t flinch or seem put off. In fact, Eli looked… comfortable. Like this wasn’t strange or awkward, just another way to be close to her.
As he reached for the fresh pull-up, though, his hand hovered.
“Hey,” he said, pausing. “Before I put this on… do you think maybe we could try the bathroom first?”
This caught Mia a little off guard. “I.. I don’t need to go yet.”
“I believe you,” he said softly. “But I also remember what happened at the mall. And I’d feel better if you just tried for a few minutes. For me?”
Her cheeks flushed with a mixture of embarrassment and affection. This line of questions was making her feel so small. But he was looking at her with such gentle encouragement, that she found herself nodding.
She walked bottomless into the bathroom and sat on the toilet, doing her best to relax, but after about 15 seconds she was bored and ready to get up.
“No luck,” she said casually as she stepped out of the bathroom.
Eli just smiled and helped her into her fresh pull-up, patting her bottom gently like he always did after a diaper change.
Once they were dressed, they decided to walk to a cozy nearby diner for breakfast. The morning air was crisp and refreshing, and they held hands the whole way there.
Mia ordered a big plate of pancakes and fruit, Eli got bacon, eggs, and toast. Conversation flowed like it always did—easy and full of silly inside jokes already forming between them. The more time they spent together, the more it felt inevitable.
By the time they finished their plates, Mia was smiling through a little belly rumble she was trying to ignore. She considered going the bathroom, but quickly brushed it off. It was probably nothing. Besides, she hated public bathrooms, and she knew no matter what happened everything would be okay.
“Wanna walk back to my place?” she asked with a twinkle in her eye. “It’s not far. Maybe a mile or two.”
Eli nodded without hesitation. “Absolutely.”
They strolled down the sidewalk, sunlight painting everything gold. Mia’s stomach kept rumbling, but she kept pushing the sensation to the back of her mind. She wanted to stay in this moment—holding hands, stealing glances, walking close together. When they passed a few public restrooms, Eli briefly thought about suggesting she try to go, but didn’t want to embarrass her again. She’s probably wet anyway, he reasoned.
But partway through the walk, as a sharp cramp twisted in her belly, Mia realized—too late—that she wasn’t going to make it. Her body took over as she helplessly filled her pull-up with warm soft poop, walking slowly and steadily beside Eli trying to act as if nothing was happening. The relief made her shiver. The accident was messy, warm, impossible to ignore—but Mia kept her head high, refusing to let it steal her peace. She was having fun, and now her tummy felt much better.
Eli caught the faintest whiff, just for a second, but the breeze carried it away and he assumed he was imagining things.
When they arrived at Mia’s apartment, she unlocked the door and led him inside. As soon as the door shut behind them, the smell became unmistakable.
Still pretending not to notice, Mia kicked off her shoes and tugged him toward the bedroom. She sat down on the bed, legs crossed, and smiling like she was totally unaware of the huge mess spreading in pull-ups.
“Everything okay?” Eli asked, gently but clearly.
She hesitated for half a second. “Of course,” she said sweetly, leaning in to kiss him.
But after the kiss, Eli didn’t let it go. “Mia,” he said softly. “Is there anything you need to tell me?”
She looked up at him, sheepish, her cheeks red. “I… might need a new pull-up.”
Eli raised an eyebrow, feigning shock. “Oh yeah?” he teased, stepping closer. “Let’s have a look then.”
He tugged at the waistband of her leggings and made a show of recoiling dramatically. “Oh wow, someone made a big ol’ mess back here,” he teased. “And soaked too. I think you’re about to leak baby.”
Mia giggled, delighted by the playfulness of it all, and let him take her hand.
She led him to her closet, opened the door, and revealed a whole stash of supplies: wipes, lotions, powder, pull-ups, diapers, even a soft changing pad with stars on it.
“Well,” Eli said, gathering everything, “I think this one definitely calls for the changing pad.”
He laid it out on the bed and motioned for her to lie down, tugging her pants off carefully. But when he reached for her pull-ups, he hesitated, then pulled out something else—a thick, white diaper.
Holding it up, he said, “I mean… pull-ups are cute and all, but they’re not really for girls who still have big poopy accidents in their pants, huh?”
Mia’s eyes widened, and then she let out a tiny whimper and nodded, her whole body melting.
“Good girl,” Eli murmured.
The change was slow, thorough, intimate. Eli took his time making sure to wipe thoroughly and take care of all of the mess before rolling up the dirty pull-up and wipes.
“Be right back sweetie. I’m gonna toss this and go wash my hands real quick”
Mia just laid their, feeling blissfully regressed. Eli came back a few minutes later and without saying a word began to powder her, spread lotion all over her bottom, and then expertly diaper her like he’d done it a thousand times
When it was done, Mia lay there in just her diaper, her arms reaching up for him. He pulled her close, and they snuggled up again.
“Hey,” he whispered, brushing her hair back from her face. “I was wondering… would you be my girlfriend?”
Mia beamed, eyes bright and shining.
“Yes.” she whispered.
THE END
